Summary

Hannah is the Chief Operating Officer at KCH Garden Square and is responsible for all aspects of Chambers’ operational management, ensuring best practice throughout.

Having started her Chambers career as a junior clerk at a specialist family law set before joining KCH in 2007, Hannah has experience in all areas of Chambers and her thorough knowledge of both clerking and administrative functions gives her a unique perspective and thorough understanding of the running of Chambers.

Hannah’s role encompasses effective financial management for both Chambers and members, the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, regulatory and legal compliance requirements and HR. She is also involved with Educational programme within Chambers, which includes assisting our mini pupils with their placement timetable and liaising with schools and Universities regarding career events.

Hannah is particularly passionate about equality and wellbeing in the workplace and in encouraging students from disadvantaged and/or low income backgrounds to consider a career within the legal profession.

Within Chambers, Hannah supports the various appointed Officers and Committees across Chambers who oversee Equality & Diversity, Wellbeing, Pupillage & Education Institution Engagement who collectively work towards ensuring that Chambers remains an inclusive environment where all people are supported and that a career at the Bar remains accessible to all, regardless of their background. Hannah is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and attends regular mental health workshops.

Hannah sits on the Board of Directors at KCH Garden Square. She is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute and an Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
