Steph has a background in civil litigation, with experience of running personal injury portal claims, negotiating bills of costs and county court advocacy.

Steph has experience in a wide range of private law proceedings involving allegations of domestic abuse and violence, non-accidental injury, substance misuse, intractable parental dispute, and improper retention of a child.

Steph acts for parents, children and extended family members. She receives regular requests from clients to ensure her continuing representation.

Steph regularly appears on behalf of applicants and respondents in injunctive proceedings under the Family Law Act 1996.

Steph is developing a financial remedies practice and is available to advise pre-issue, to draft documents within proceedings and for representation at FDAs and FDRs.

Steph is building a broad civil practice including personal injury matters, small claims, interlocutory hearings, and housing disputes.

Steph is available to provide written advice on quantum and has experience of drafting statements of case in a wide range of matters.
